Do you provide containers for our plant?

Yes. We place roll-offs, luggers, gaylords, drums and hoppers sized to your volume, positioned at the machine or melt deck rather than only at the dock, and service them on schedule or on call.

How is my load graded and priced?

Loads are weighed on a certified scale, sampled for moisture, free oil and non-metallic content, then graded against ISRI specifications. Each grade is settled on its own line so nothing is averaged down.

Where does the material you buy actually go?

Unlike many scrap companies, V-V Metals does not sell purchased material to other scrap dealer houses. Everything we buy goes directly to mills, foundries or smelters, so there is one margin between your dock and the end user instead of two or three.
